The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 5-7 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of mould design. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential as the role includes training team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM and Kaizen. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mould maintenance, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of repair and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in managing operations, safety compliance, tooling, and heavy lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise mould maintenance activities for two-shift operations.
• Coordinate with teams for mould repair and improvement.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Train and mentor team members; drive TPM and Kaizen initiatives.
