Job description

Overview

• Lead and execute mechanical design for oil & gas pressure parts and equipment, including pressure vessels, piping components, skids, or related mechanical systems.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations in accordance with ASME, API, ASTM, EN, or other relevant international codes and standards.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, design calculations, material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with pressure integrity, safety, regulatory, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, inspection, testing, and commissioning stages.
• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and risk assessments where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to design efficiency, cost optimization, and manufacturability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance where necessary.
