A leading real estate firm in Klang City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and lead a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of property sales experience, excels in negotiation, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role includes engaging external agencies and conducting trainings, requiring independence and occasional weekend work. The company offers a competitive environment and opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Monitor sales performance across projects and provide timely reporting and analysis.
Lead and manage in-house sales teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
Engage, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with external real estate agencies.
Conduct regular sales briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Identify market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure smooth booking and handover processes.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, and launches.
Manage basic digital marketing tasks including social media posting, ad boosting, and content coordination.
Work with creative teams or vendors to develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, EDMs).
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
Support CRM initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or related field.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of marketing tools and event coordination.
Able to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.
