A local property marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a strategic marketing professional to conduct feasibility studies, manage marketing campaigns, and lead project events. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the property industry and is fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the flexibility to work on weekends when necessary, offering a dynamic environment to drive marketing initiatives.

1. Strategic Marketing & Product Development
Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive Feasibility Studies for new land banks and projects to guide senior management’s decision-making.
Product Positioning: Advise on competitive pricing strategies, and curate attractive promotional packages for new and existing launches.
2. Campaign Management & Digital Presence
Agency Management: Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, billboards, and scale models).
Omnichannel Advertising: Plan and monitor digital ad spend across platforms including Facebook, Google Ads (SEM/GDN), YouTube, Instagram, and WeChat.
Lead Management: Maintain and optimize the customer database; ensure all leads from digital channels and roadshows are tracked, nurtured, and channeled to the sales team.
3. Events & Project Experience
Activations: Lead the planning and execution of major sales launches, property exhibitions, and roadshows in both local and overseas markets.
Show Unit Management: Coordinate with Interior Designers and contractors for the setup of sales galleries and mock-up units, including overseeing defect rectifications to ensure a premium customer experience.
4. Compliance & Administration
Regulatory Filings: Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, including the application and renewal of APDL, Bumi Release applications, and submission of Borang 7F, NAPIC, and LHDN reports.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign ROI and market trends to the management team.
Requirements:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in property related industry.
Must possess own transport, willing to work during weekends when required.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
