A Plus Boss Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre and offers an exciting opportunity to drive the company's marketing and communications strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the company's products and services
• Managing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis
• Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform the marketing strategy
• Creating and coordinating the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and branded assets
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and optimising campaigns based on data-driven insights

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing communications or digital marketing role, preferably within the marketing/communications industry
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and the ability to create and execute effective campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting data to measure and optimise campaign performance
• Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems
