Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Marketing to plan, implement and execute marketing activities which deliver on the marketing strategies, aligned to overall strategy of company goals.
• Working with in-house designers to produce POSM visual within company brand guidelines.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Responsible to generate monthly report on the product sales, analyse on business opportunity and develop marketing strategy to capture the opportunity.
• Explore and identify joint promotion or brand collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor, review, track and report on all marketing activities conducted.
• Collect, compare and analyse market brands marketing activities.
• Familiarise and be sensitive to Malaysia’s current media trend and identify the opportunities for better performance growth and engage with the right audience and drive relevant online/retail traffic.
• Competitive analysis which includes monitoring, reviewing, analysing competitors’ activities such as pricing, communications, launches / relaunches, marketing activities.
• Plan and execute the above the line marketing communication from billboard, ambassador, brand partnership or KOL.
• Assist in any ad‑hoc marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, well‑organised, good time‑management and able to prioritise multiple tasks within a demanding environment.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Melayu). Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as you will be liaising with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Preferably can start work immediately.
