Senior Marketing Communications Executive

Role Overview: As the Senior MarCom Executive, you will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications initiatives, enhancing brand presence, increasing market reach, and supporting the overall business objectives. You will develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage the hotel's social media accounts, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media, and partners for promotional activities.
• Craft engaging content for websites, press releases, brochures, and other communication materials.
• Organize and promote events, media launches, and partnership activities.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold the hotel’s image across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
