Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in precision machining and manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Manage production plans ensuring orders are delivered on time and with quality.
• Establish and maintain a quality management system compliant with industry standards.
• Strictly control production costs and continuously reduce unit production costs.
• Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
