Job Scope

Work within the GPM team to deliver high‑quality management information (MI), performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration to senior committees, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC). Continuously enhance and improve underlying processes and the quality of deliverables by identifying and implementing improvements to checks and controls, increasing efficiencies and optimising working files. Support urgent requests and BAU deliverables in a timely manner while maintaining a good balance between flexibility and control.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Support various GPM Excel based deliverables, including MI, performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration.
  • Enhance and optimise existing work files, processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with the Hong Kong team to deliver urgent ad‑hoc requests.
  • Coordinate and deliver products in a timely manner by working closely with local businesses and Group teams.
Performance Measures
  • Consistently deliver high quality products within established timelines.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Provide clear communication and closely manage expectations of the line manager and HK team.
Core Competences Required
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications e.g., Power Apps, VBA.
  • Capable of managing a small team, delegating tasks, reviewing work and handling competing priorities.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Independent thinking, problem solving and proactive initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in the insurance or Financial Services industry.
  • Highly organised with experience multitasking across stakeholders, offices, and departments.
Education and Experience
