Job summary

A global leader in semiconductor solutions is seeking an experienced professional to manage oneSAP Production Scheduling activities. Job description
Your Role
  • Understand the details of oneSAP Production Scheduling (PS) and Detailed Scheduling (DS) to ensure operational stabilization.
  • Address system and process‑related topics concerning oneSAP PS and DS.
  • Drive back‑end‑wide oneSAP sustaining activities for Production Scheduling (PS).
  • Define and establish KPIs for oneSAP to be used as stabilization indicators.
  • Act as a change agent and ensure governance on work methods and compliance for new oneSAP PS features, ensuring proper implementation and long‑term sustainability.
  • Manage relevant projects involving cross‑functional teams.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing process planning, especially in an SAP environment.
  • Good understanding of Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of Production Planning, Lot Scheduling, and Dispatching.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong drive for excellence and a collaborative attitude to achieve the best results as a team.
