SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS (FAHRENHEIT88)

The role is accountable for the strategic oversight and effective management of all operational functions of Fahrenheit88. The role ensures the mall’s operations, facilities, and services are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. This role provides leadership across maintenance, security, and housekeeping functions while supporting tenant satisfaction, and overall mall performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all operational functions, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless mall operations.

Oversee the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of all building infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems, and facilities.

Oversee all construction, refurbishment, renovation, and projects.

Provide oversight of outsourced service providers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure service excellence, compliance, and value optimization.

Lead contract governance processes including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, performance reviews, and renewals in line with corporate policies.

Develop, manage, and control operating and capital expenditure budgets for mall operations.

Monitor financial performance and implement cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Provide management with regular operational and financial reports, insights, and recommendations.

Lead, develop, and manage staff performance to ensure service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational discipline across all departments.

Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements, including local authority, fire safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulators, and external auditors on operational, safety, and compliance matters.

Partner closely with Leasing, Fit‑Out, Marketing, and tenants to support operational needs, fit‑out approvals, renovations, and tenants’ promotions or events.

Ensure tenant operations align with mall standards and brand expectations while fostering collaborative stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical and Engineering or in a discipline related to facility operations and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of building services, preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, and safety regulations.

Proven experience in contract management, vendor oversight, and operational budgeting.

Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including tenant and authority liaison.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage operating and capital expenditure.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
