Overview
Marketing & sales as well as support other M&S team on relevant matters: develop the business plan for the unit i.e. projection of activities, strategies, sales, campaigns. Observe and maintain product identity, key messages and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Marketing & sales support: develop the business plan for the unit, including projection of activities, strategies, sales, campaigns; observe and maintain product identity, key messages and guidelines.
- Social & Digital Marketing/Media: strategic planning and management of official brand social assets (e.g., official Facebook page, Instagram accounts); structure and implement social and digital campaigns for branding and/or lead generation in accordance with KPIs.
- Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Media: work with GCC on communications conceptualization and strategy for group campaigns across channels (print, radio, digital, social, OOH); plan and monitor media buys and advertisement inventory; verify and monitor all press-related collaterals, advertisements, brochures, and videos.
- CRM / Marketing-related Infrastructure/Systems: support sales and marketing-related infrastructure or systems (e.g., Road runners by MHW, T Privilege points awarding, loyalty programs and activation).
- Events / Roadshows / Brand Collaborations: oversee conceptualization, cost management and execution of events, roadshows or brand collaborations; manage community engagement and customer sentiment/enquiries across channels.
- Award Submission: review and verify brand and/or property award submissions (app-related).
- General: implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company\'s Quality Management System.
- Managing the team: supervising, motivating, and coaching the team.
- Delegating tasks: assigning tasks to team members to organize the work environment and improve productivity.
- Overseeing progress: monitoring the team\'s progress towards goals.
- Communicating effectively: promoting collaboration and teamwork; report to superior every week on progress and growth; respond to queries promptly.
- Implementing quality assurance: ensure the team\'s output meets the required quality and reliability standards.
- Improving performance: work on bug fixing and improving application performance with appointed vendors and in-house IT team.
- Planning projects: participate in the planning process for software development projects with vendors and appointed PIC.
- Implementing new technologies: discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development app efficiency.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business / economics / marketing / communications or any related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in advertising, marketing, corporate communications preferably in property related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Able to multitask and manage stress and pressure from top management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Strong financial acumen to manage marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments and external partners.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
