Senior Manager / Manager, Leasing (Corporate Office / Retail Mall)

We are seeking experienced Leasing Senior Managers / Managers to support our Corporate Office Towers / Retail Mall portfolios. Candidates may be considered for either or both portfolios, depending on experience and expertise. The role is responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing rental returns, and building strong tenant relationships aligned with each portfolio’s objectives.
Core Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Portfolios)
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including lead generation, negotiations, lease execution, and tenant onboarding.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with market conditions and company objectives.
- Proactively manage lease expiries and renewals to maintain high occupancy levels.
- Conduct property tours and respond to leasing enquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Fit‑Out, Credit Control, and Operations to ensure smooth lease administration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
Corporate Office Leasing Focus
- Attract and retain quality corporate tenants for office buildings.
- Leverage industry networks, real estate agents, and corporate contacts to generate leasing leads.
- Screen and evaluate tenant applications in accordance with company policies.
- Manage tenant onboarding, including move‑in coordination and familiarization with building amenities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of office market trends, rental benchmarks, and tenant requirements.
Retail Mall Leasing Focus
- Develop leasing plans that support the mall’s tenant mix, positioning, and long‑term vision.
- Identify, pitch, and secure retail tenants that enhance footfall and overall mall performance.
- Implement proactive strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize rental yields.
- Build long‑term partnerships with retailers to support retention and renewals.
- Work closely with the Credit Control team to monitor rental payments and minimize arrears.
General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage leasing portfolios and close deals effectively.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
Corporate Office Leasing Background
- Proven experience in office leasing within commercial real estate or property development.
- Strong network within the real estate industry, including corporate tenants and agents.
- In‑depth understanding of office leasing markets and tenant dynamics.
Retail Mall Leasing Background
- Minimum 8 years of experience in shopping mall or retail commercial properties (highly desirable).
- Strong experience in tenant acquisition, retail mix planning, and lease negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in managing retail leasing portfolios and renewals.
