A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager for the Business Integration Unit. The role involves managing a team of project managers and relationship managers to drive business growth and strategic alliances with major stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing agreements, optimizing internal operations for financial growth, and ensuring service level agreements are maintained. Responsible for managing a team of project managers and relationship managers to drive opportunities and strategic alliances with major process owners to ensure increase account penetration of new business/ services for key accounts to grow the business within the Group and potential opportunities outside the industry (in future).
Constant review of overall operations efficiency and charging mechanism of the services provided by iCIMB.
Manage expectations and stakeholder engagement of both Business Units and Process Owners to ensure best outcome are achieve.
Ensure that the agreements/service level agreement between iCIMB and Business Unit is maintain and updated.
Manages Projects/Initiatives requested from higher management.
Responsible for end to end Business Growth from sourcing, scoping of work, budgeting, cost negotiation, service levels, cost management and vendor negotiations to ensure maximum value is gained from the prospect in order to meet Business’ expectations.
Manages new business opportunities and growing the iCIMB businesses as per target set by Management to meet the business growth of company.
To drive and optimize internal business teams and resources to meet financial growth and projected profit targets as a team.
Develop and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed goals and responsibilities are aligned and met.
Lead in the negotiation of commercial terms with Business to deliver optimum profitability and service level.
Manage/drive project or initiative which benefit day to day operations and/or enhance iCIMB’s stakeholder engagement.
Manage business expectations on all change of policy and procedures within iCIMB that will or might impact the business in all aspects.
Monitor and manage all agreements/business requirements between iCIMB and Business Units and ensure all deliverables are met.
Key custodian of all Agreements and Service Level Agreement with Business. Ensure all proper documentation is in place according to SOP, compliance and governance.
Responsible to oversee all projects and implementation of all shared services related requests from Business to ensure volume growth for iCIMB.
Review and evaluate operation’s performance through periodic Operational Meetings and ensure maintenance of all shared services resources are maintained at peak.
