Job Description
  • Provide support on full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties covering performance management, budget planning, benefit and insurance administration, payroll administration, leave management, HRIS & Payroll systems, flexi-ben administration, expatriate management and permit administration, etc.
  • Review, design and implement compensation and benefits program
  • Manages rewards program & processes and constantly perform salary & benefits benchmarking and analysis
  • Partner with external providers to negotiate cost-effective and high-quality benefits packages;
  • Establish, review and update policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
  • Drive yearly performance management review for annual salary review exercise, variable bonus plan, promotion recommendation and market adjustment;
  • Lead, control and direct in-house payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local policy and statutory requirement;
  • Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database to ensure data accuracy and act as Project Manager for any HRIS system related integration, upgrades and/ or projects;
  • Keep abreast of market and legislative updates, trends and provide necessary advice and support to all level of staff and management;
  • Responsible for the preparation, collation and analysis of relevant management reports and approval papers. Advise on the proper documentation to be prepared and ensure safe keeping of the department’s written materials;
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries related to rewards policies and facilitate education sessions about compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate with HR teams, finance departments, and leadership teams for strategic planning and execution;
  • Use HR analytics tools to monitor compensation-related data and prepare reports for management,
  • Lead, manage and develop C&B team member/s;
