TheSeniorManager,FinancialReportingisresponsibleforoverseeingend-to-endrecordtoreportoperations,ensuringtimely,accurate,andcompliantfinancialreporting.Thisroleprovidesleadershiptothefinanceteam,supportsInvestorRelationsactivities,andactsasaFinanceBusinessPartnertoonesubsidiary.
Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
Oversee preparation of management reports and financial statements in accordance with FRS and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, legal, and internal control requirements.
Maintain strong governance over asset management, inventory controls, and balance sheet integrity.
Manage cash flow, credit control, treasury activities, and fund placements.
Take a lead role in ensuring effective utilization, accuracy, and integrity of the ERP system and financial reports.
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and build a strong succession pipeline within the R2R team.
Leading Investor Relations activities by preparing financial analyses, reporting packs, and presentation materials for investors and analysts.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information disclosed to external stakeholders.
Act as Finance Business Partner to one subsidiary, providing financial insights, performance tracking, and cost optimization support.
Partner closely with business leaders to drive financial discipline and sustainable growth.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with fast-moving products.
Strong technical knowledge of FRS, costing methodologies, and financial controls.
Hands‑on experience with integrated, real‑time ERP systems.
Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
