We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Description
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise in managing group consolidation accounts for a public listed company.
  • Conducts sharp, comprehensive, and detailed financial analyses and delivers insightful commentary on Business Unit / Group performance.
  • Manages taxation matters, banking arrangements, cash flow planning and forecasting, as well as financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leads and executes in‑depth financial analyses and oversees finance‑related operational data to support daily Business Unit activities, enhance cost efficiency, and provide clear insights and recommendations to the Group CFO.
  • Reviews, strengthens, and enforces the Business Unit's financial processes, internal controls, and policies to ensure consistency, robustness, and full compliance.
  • Drives continuous improvements based on internal audit findings, ensuring timely resolution of issues and sustainable enhancements to SOPs and control frameworks across Business Units.
  • Oversees Group tax planning and governance for Business Units, manages tax risks, ensures compliance, and coordinates with tax advisors on complex tax matters.
  • Provides strategic oversight and financial analysis across the Group's investment portfolio and operating entities to support capital allocation and strategic decision‑making.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal cross‑functional teams including international subsidiaries as well as external professionals such as lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
  • Undertakes additional projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Profile
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience including at least 5 years in managerial or leadership capacity. Preferably with experience working in private limited company or Big Four audit firm
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
