SENIOR MANAGER, ECO WORLD RESIDENCE CLUB

Oversee departmental activities and manage and motivate the team to consistently deliver customer excellence and uphold Eco World’s brand promise. Share expertise to help Eco World capitalize on post‑sales quality assurance, enhancing its prominence in the industry.

People Management
  • Team Development: Develop team members to adopt and implement service standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Mentor the team for long‑term potential development to build a highly motivated and skilled team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual performance to drive a high‑performance team.
  • Role Allocation and Communication: Effectively allocate and communicate team roles and expectations to foster teamwork.
Handing Over, Operations, and Processes
  • Service Standards and Innovation: Drive the team to implement innovative service standards and guidelines, leading the delivery of services to set benchmarks for excellence and innovation in the market.
  • Resource Management: Manage departmental resources to facilitate pre‑ and post‑handover operations, ensuring full compliance with EcoWorld policies and SOPs.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures to govern processes and ensure consistency in achieving work standards.
Complaints Management
  • Stakeholder Advising: Advise key stakeholders in resolving complex issues related to customer services, operations, and contracts by sharing knowledge and expertise, ensuring complaints are resolved to customer satisfaction and sustaining the company’s brand positioning.
  • Innovative Solutions: Seek opportunities and take calculated risks to implement solutions that drive service standards to exceed customer expectations.
Community Maintenance and Security
  • Operations and Procedures: Drive the team to implement operations and procedures that deliver high‑quality maintenance and security standards for completed developments, continuously promoting the value of the developments.
  • External Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with external associates in implementing measures and processes to achieve desired results.
