Qualifications

• Independent, resourceful, and capable of working under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Consultant functions in Construction Management.
• Ensure Contractor implements Inspection and Test Plan, Quality Management System.
• Document and store all site records properly.
• Monitor works for conformance to approved design and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and issue Non-Conformance Reports.
