Position Summary

The Temporary Senior Logistics & Distribution Executive supports the integration and daily operational activities of SEA+ logistics, focusing on SOP documentation, document verification, transportation coordination, warehouse readiness, inventory migration and UAT testing. The role provides essential operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure smooth logistics transition during the merger.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and updating of SOPs and Work Instructions by gathering operational inputs, formatting documents, maintaining version control, and ensuring all process documentation is updated accordingly.
• Assist in warehouse readiness checks by verifying layout, equipment availability, documentation stations, and training records, while supporting on‑site pre‑go‑live activities as required.
• Carry out operational tasks for inventory migration, including counting, reconciliation, and variance reporting, while ensuring all related documentation is accurate before and after migration.
• Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, transporters, and 3PL/4PL partners for vendor onboarding and the establishment of service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in UAT and system migration activities by executing test scripts, identifying defects, supporting retesting, and validating SAP/WMS fields that impact logistics transactions.
• Support merger activities by collecting data, identifying process gaps, documenting findings, and preparing weekly progress updates on SOP workstreams, warehouse readiness status, and migration activities.
• Perform day‑to‑day operational support tasks, including filing and archiving documents, assisting cross‑functional teams with logistics coordination, and carrying out additional responsibilities assigned to support integration activities.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management (or equivalent) from a recognized college or institute.
• At least 3‑5 years of Supply Chain Management, inventory Management or logistics work experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot table, V‑lookups, simple IF function formulas).
• Experience in managing complex international customs & trade compliance issues.
• Proficient in SAP MM (material management) module, data processing and report compilation.
• Basic Project management, process innovation and budgeting experiences preferred.
• Strong advocate of Continuous Improvement skills.
• Experience in end‑to‑end WMS (warehouse management system).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (English).
• Exposure to global cross‑functional teamwork and co‑ordination.
• Meticulous in daily transactional work and data validation/tabulation.
