Senior Level 3 IT System Engineer (MCSE, VMware, MS Exchange) (KL, Petaling Jaya)

We are an IT Network and System Integration company that specializes in IT network and system solutions, including server and network equipment support, network and system integration, data center design and build, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, Microsoft servers, VMware, Hyper‑V, Microsoft Exchange, NAS storage, SAN storage, backup software, and other infrastructure.
• Prepare documentation for customer existing IT setup.
• Post–sales functions on project implementation, installation, configuration, ensuring satisfactory project delivery and handover.
• Coordinate vendor and internal resources.
• Work at customer sites during IT outsource projects.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 4–5 years of related work experience.
• Required skills: Microsoft Exchange, MCSE certification, VMware, backup software certification, server certifications.
• Preferred skills: Server installation, MS Server and MS SQL setup, VMware, Hyper‑V, backup software (Symantec, Acronis, or others), PC setup.
• English language proficiency.
• Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status.
• Prepared to schedule off‑office hour standby and outstation.
