A technology solutions provider in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a professional for platform testing and lab operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 4 years of experience in PC platform-related work. Responsibilities include setting up testing platforms, executing tests, and maintaining equipment in a safe and organized laboratory environment. Strong skills in PC assembly and hardware troubleshooting are essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to quality assurance in a dynamic lab setting.
Platform Testing & Setup: Set up and configure platforms for comprehensive stress testing procedures.
Equipment including PCs, equipment racks, cabling, liquid cooling systems and any other specified items.
Measurement tools including multimeters, temperature probes, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other data acquisition hardware.
Execute stress test protocols according to established procedures and specifications.
Monitor test progress and perform basic platform debugging and troubleshooting when issues arise.
Report any quality incidents observed during execution into Process Trouble Report system to ensure continuous improvement in lab processes.
Maintain clean and organized laboratory environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment as required.
Support lab equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering teams on test requirements and procedures.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or technical field.
Skills and Competencies: PC assembly, hardware troubleshooting.
Experience: 4 years experience in PC platform related work or relevant work experience.
