Job summary

Job description

As a Quantity Surveyor at Atlantis C&E Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this full‑time position will see you managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting for our projects.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and prepare contracts, tender documents, and other requirements applicable to the project
  • Provide detailed and accurate quantity take‑offs against the technical drawings, specifications and scope of work documentation
  • Review and interpret engineering documentation such as drawings/specifications/scope of works to fully understand the project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating
  • Verify and evaluate contractual claims and supplier invoices before passing to the account department for payment purposes
  • Ensure the tender documents are duly filled/completed and submitted on time
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project follows the timeline
  • Assist in the follow‑up of pre‑contract and post‑contract administration of assigned projects
  • Assist in the preparation of tender bid documents
  • Assist in evaluating contractors and sub‑contractors’ bids and recommending awards for contracts as appropriate
  • Attend site and other meetings as required
