Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Executive – IT Infrastructure to manage and maintain our in‑house IT systems. This role includes overseeing hyper‑converged systems, legacy servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and private cloud VMs, as well as providing technical support for services like Microsoft365 and the Call Center system. The position requires continuous operational management, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with a 2‑hour recovery time objective (RTO) and supporting business continuity efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure IT system availability, performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

What you’ll be doing

• Infrastructure and System Management: Manage, monitor, and enhance in‑house hyper‑converged infrastructure and legacy servers; ensure efficient operation of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls); evaluate and implement capacity planning strategies for VMs and storage; conduct routine maintenance, updates, and patches; plan and execute integration of new systems; deploy and maintain IT monitoring tools; automate routine infrastructure tasks; maintain documentation; provide regular reports on performance, uptime, incidents.
• Private Cloud Operations: Oversee the private cloud VM environment for 24x7 availability; implement proactive monitoring; conduct capacity and performance assessments.
• Security and Risk Management: Develop and enforce security policies; perform vulnerability assessments; assess vendor security; include security in vendor agreements; stay updated on threats.
• Disaster Recovery and SLA Compliance: Design, implement, and test DR plans achieving a 2‑hour RTO; monitor SLA adherence; collaborate with teams; secure backup systems; integrate security into DR and BCP.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and guide the infrastructure team, fostering skill development; align IT strategies with organizational goals; champion continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as HP Aruba, Allied Telesis, Zabbix Monitoring Tools, and Sophos firewalls & VPN.
• Proficiency in virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, and Sangfor.
