Responsibilities

Responsible for providing application and operational support to ensure the stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of technology solutions that enable business success.

You are on a journey to join an exciting company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the knowledge and experience that will shape your growth. In this role, you will be required to carry out the following support responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and development/vendor teams.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, including issue troubleshooting for end users and coordination with vendors.
  • Contribute to building the knowledge base in collaboration with Level 1: Service Desk.
  • Analyze problems reported by end users and work on identifying effective solutions.
  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 day-to-day operational support related to implemented IT solutions, covering end-to-end Supply Chain processes from order processing, order fulfillment, and logistics through to billing management.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date documentation of systems and processes.
  • Work on a rotating schedule, providing user support during weekends and night shifts.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 2 to 4 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
