A leading global supplier of IoT modules in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Engineer to monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in networking, proficiency in Linux, and the ability to develop automation scripts. Additionally, familiarity with cloud services and containerization is preferred. This role involves emergency incident response and supports technical training within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an operations and maintenance/network engineer.
• Proficient in Linux/Windows system maintenance.
• Ability to develop operation and maintenance scripts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep monitoring of global IoT platform performance.
• Resolve Level 2 technical incidents.
• Develop operation automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
