Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and modify design drawings and proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage all aspects of the design process including space planning and technical drawings.
• Verify design drawings meet specifications before submission.
• Coordinate closely with project manager for accurate project execution.
• Prepare and submit performance management reports to Managing Director.
• Implement company policies and ensure document keeping in the Design department.

Job description

Prepare, present and modify design drawings and proposals based on client requirements.

Manage all aspects of the design process, including space planning, conceptual design, mood boards, 3D renderings and detailed technical drawings.

Verify and ensure all design drawings meet specifications before submitting to the Managing Director for review and approval.

Coordinate closely with the project manager to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Performance Management:

Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.

Prepare and submit performance management reports to Managing Director.

Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

Able to multitask and work under tight timeline.

Quality Management System:

Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.

Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.

Ensure proper document and record keeping in Design department.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.

Experience

At least 4-5 years of experience in Interior Design
