Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress accordingly.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and addressing variances.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies while maintaining transparent communication.
• Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• PMP certification is required.
• 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience leading large-scale, international or global IT projects (e.g., ERP implementations, system integrations, global infrastructure rollouts).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, ..etc).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven record of driving teams to success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is require.
