Job Description

The following outlines the primary responsibilities and required qualifications for the role of Human Resources Specialist.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support HR annual cycle activities, such as performance management exercises, salary benchmarking surveys, and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and facilitate induction programs for new employees, including logistics and session planning.
  • Maintain and update the HR database (Workday/local HR systems) to ensure accurate and accessible employee records; administer employee files; assist with data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including benefits administration, HR letters, confirmation tracking and processing, and general HR duties or projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits claims, statutory contributions, local tax payments, annual tax filings, and all payment activities, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory surveys and reports within required timelines.
  • Assist with the roll-out and execution of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare, collate, and deliver various reports and documents to meet business deadlines.
  • Organize and coordinate company-wide meetings, employee engagement activities, and other events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and operations.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a high level of client focus.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Confident, mature, resourceful, and eager to embrace new learning opportunities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
