A healthcare clinic is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations, including employee engagement, performance tracking, and compliance. The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience, a degree in HR or a related field, and strong Excel skills. Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws is essential, while experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry is an advantage. Manage confirmations, probation tracking, contract renewals, and employee movements.
Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
Handle employee exits: resignations, clearances, experience & relieving letters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Track performance review and appraisal cycles and ensure timely execution.
Prepare and manage HR documentation, including: warning, experience & relieving letters.
Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records with strict confidentiality.
Coordinate payroll inputs with vendors or internal payroll teams.
Support internal and external HR, payroll, and statutory audits.
Ensure audit‑ready documentation at all times.
Maintain and update SOPs related to HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Stay updated on labor laws, clinic regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure HR policies align with statutory requirements.
Implement and communicate HR policies and code of conduct.
Assist during inspections and compliance checks.
Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and MIS as required.
Support the HR Manager with strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Experience in healthcare / aesthetic / wellness industry is a plus.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong Excel skills with proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant HR experience
(Clinic, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, Excel, and HR systems (Infotech HR System preferred).
