Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to the overall success of our Human Resources department.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of HR-related training programmes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR-related software and technologies
