Job Responsibilities
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage payroll, leave management, employee benefits, assist in performance appraisal cycles and medical insurance renewal & claims.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and manage employment contracts.
  • Records & Policy: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and assist in HR policy/SOP implementation.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate with the HQ HR team in Hong Kong for regional HR projects and act as the main point of contact for employee concerns.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters with discretion, and meet deadlines.
  • A good communicator, team player, and proactive problem‑solver.
