Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Promote and maintain the company’s culture, values, and teamwork.
  • Plan and organise training and development programs for key employees.
  • Manage performance reviews, staff relations, and HR policy compliance.
  • Supervise and guide the HR/Admin Assistant in handling daily HR tasks such as attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Support employee engagement and communication activities to improve team connection and morale.
  • Work closely with management on people-related decisions and HR improvements.
  • Timely recruitment and smooth onboarding process.
  • Annual staff training and development plan.
  • Positive employee engagement and culture alignment.
  • Proper and up-to-date HR documentation and compliance.
