Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in IT or Engineering company.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to ensure payroll accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating job postings and conducting interviews.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports.
