Qualifications

• Experience with hiring documents for foreign workers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including hiring and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations such as grievances and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime and bonuses.
• Maintain accurate employee records in payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and address employee inquiries.
