Payroll Processing

Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory.

Employee Records

Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Statutory Contributions

Administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and ensure timely submission.

Reporting & Headcount

Assist in HR data reporting, headcount tracking, and personnel file management.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Support end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Handle onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate database.

Performance Management

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and timely completion.

HR Policy, Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks as required.

Participate in continuous improvement of HR system, workflows, and reporting efficiency.

Support audits and internal HR reviews when necessary.

What we are looking for

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of HR generalist experience with payroll handling.

Proficient in both written and spoken English (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.

Able to work independently and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workplace.
