Senior HR Executive (Recruitment & Training)

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and role fit.

Utilize multiple recruiting channels—including job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract a diverse talent pool.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent pipelines to proactively source candidates.

Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate smooth transitions into the organization.

Handle Training & Development administration, including registration, payments, HRDC grant applications, and claims processing.

Prepare and submit monthly recruitment and training reports for management meetings.
