A leading HR services provider in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, and be skilled in data analysis and communication. Responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, designing internal systems, and analyzing HR metrics. Join a team that values inclusivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Design, modify, and implement an internal promotion system based on benchmarking results
Oversee leave management and employee records, maintaining accurate and updated documentation
Draft employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents as needed
Handle general HR administration tasks, including filing and record-keeping
Manage recruitment activities, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.
Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Leverage data to track HR metrics and generate insights that drive HR strategies and operational improvements
Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and compensation structures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and payroll processing
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Excel; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
Analytical mindset, with experience in or passion for HR data analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
