About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) who is hands‑on, adaptable, and people-oriented to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a positive and growth‑focused mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to take on diverse HR responsibilities as needed.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth HR operations, support employee experience, and uphold HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
  • Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Coordinate HR documentation, contracts, letters, and employee records
  • Assist in HR initiatives, engagement activities, and ad‑hoc projects as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and management to support business needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Generalist / Senior HR Executive experience
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good understanding of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices
  • Advantage to be able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support business and stakeholder requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people‑first mindset
  • Positive attitude, flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on various duties
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
