Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Employment: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive Job Descriptions (JD) for all company positions.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant labour laws.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the HR system to improve HR processes and data accuracy.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management support, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and digital HR processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
