Job description

Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, tracking attendance, and administering staff benefits.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance‑review processes to support staff development.

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.

Supervise daily office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.

Oversee stock control and management to ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Able to work overtime when required to meet operational needs.

Provide guidance and support to management on HR strategies, policies, and ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR & admin experience.

• Strong knowledge of technical job requirements and proven ability to assess candidates effectively.

• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English; advanced communication with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders is essential.
