We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources cum Admin Executive to manage recruitment, payroll support, employee engagement, and office administration. In our hotel setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and service excellence.
Recruitment & onboarding across hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping).
Payroll processing including OT, public holiday pay, and statutory contributions.
Attendance, leave, and employee record management.
Administer annual licensing renewals, office supplies, travel bookings, and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law & Employment Act 1955.
Handle disciplinary issues, domestic inquiries, and grievance procedures.
Organize staff events and engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years’ HR/Admin experience, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law.
Proficiency in payroll software & MS Office.
Motivated, proactive, and professional with strong communication skills.
