Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters.
  • Responsible for operational functions such as reporting, research, and analysis.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls and reply accordingly.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing yearly and monthly renewals such as vehicle and group insurance.
  • Responsible for monitoring and checking monthly expenses, bills, and payments.
