Job description

Ehsan Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior/HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall human resources and administrative functions of our organisation.

Key responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, background verification, and interview coordination.
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Support HR-related ISO 9001 QMS compliance efforts, including internal audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Review and verify foreign worker wages, ensuring full compliance with statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO).
  • Handle the stamping of foreign worker employment contracts in accordance with LHDN requirements, and maintain proper documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and HR‑related concerns.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Oversee employee welfare programs and support initiatives that promote engagement and morale.
  • Support the process and delivery of employee training and development programs to build internal capabilities.
  • Assist in establishing and tracking HR and administrative KPIs to assess departmental performance and drive improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including office supplies, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members in day‑to‑day tasks and projects.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, or ad‑hoc tasks as instructed by the HR Manager or senior management.
What we're looking for
  • A Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to use HR cloud‑based software and tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
