Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an HCM Functional Consultant to oversee the functional analysis and ensure alignment of business needs with ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale international projects, particularly with Ramco HCM, and a solid understanding of modules such as payroll and employee data management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Human Capital Management products.
• Experience in technologies that facilitate remote collaboration.
• Experience in ERP (Ramco HCM preferred), Payroll projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis to gather and challenge business needs.
• Prepare formal requirements and system life documentation.
• Coordinate with ERP vendor team to meet project deadlines.
• Support UAT preparation and execution.
