We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can take ownership of full-stack web development — from backend architecture to front-end delivery and cloud deployment. You’ll lead the technical direction, mentor teammates, and help shape scalable, modern systems built with Laravel and React.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Laravel (backend) and React (frontend).
2. Architect robust, maintainable systems and ensure code quality through reviews and standards.
3. Guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices in software engineering.
4. Design and optimize APIs, caching, and database interactions for high performance.
5. Oversee DevOps and deployment processes (CI/CD, containerization).
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
7. Maintain documentation, monitor production systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. Expert-level knowledge of Laravel and React.js (or Next.js).
2. Solid understanding of MVC concept, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), API design, and system integration.
3. Hands‑on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
4. Familiar with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
5. Strong problem‑solving, architecture design, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to balance hands‑on coding with team guidance and technical planning.
