The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in production and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• 10 years of working experience in a production environment.
• At least 3 years in senior management.
• Good knowledge of quality management including GMP and food safety standards.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
