Qualifications

• At least 10 years working experience in finance, treasury or banking.
• Experience in treasury management center is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s fund-raising exercises, including negotiation and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage periodic reviews with lenders and credit rating agencies.
• Ensure compliance with loan covenants and audit requirements.
• Oversee inter-company advances and related transactions.
• Monitor adherence to finance and treasury policies.
• Manage finance and treasury operations of the Group.
• Prepare and submit finance related reports.
