We are looking for a hands on and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and compliance. This role offers strong exposure to senior management, group reporting and business decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full set of accounts, group consolidation and month end close

Review journals, payment vouchers, reconciliations and monthly schedules

Prepare management reports, financial statements and performance analysis

Lead budget, forecast and variance analysis processes

Manage cashflow, receivables, payables and working capital

Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, SST and tax matters

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory and internal controls

Support feasibility studies and financial analysis for business initiatives

Lead, coach and develop the finance team

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)

Minimum 5 years of people management experience in finance

Strong experience in group accounting and consolidation

Solid knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian Companies Act and Income Tax Act

Audit background, PLC or IPO exposure is an added advantage

High attention to detail, analytical, proactive and able to meet tight deadlines

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
