Job description

Overseeing all financial operations, including group reporting consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, cash flow, and audit matters.

Providing expert financial advice and guidance to support business decision-making.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial, accounting, company laws, MFRS, and tax regulations.

Developing and implementing robust financial policies, procedures, and controls.

Preparing accurate and timely reports to meet tight deadlines.

Liaising with bankers, company secretaries, tax agents, auditors, and government authorities such as the IRB, Customs, and SSM.

Performing any tasks or duties assigned by the Group Chief Financial Officer.
